RDPADE Afterschool Program provides a safe, creative, and culturally grounded space where students can grow through dance, drama, music, cultural arts, leadership, and life skills.
Students receive homework support before participating in arts-based activities that help build confidence, discipline, creativity, and self-expression.
Students are introduced to African and Caribbean dance traditions while learning rhythm, movement, teamwork, stage presence, and cultural pride.
Through recitals, showcases, workshops, and community performances, students learn responsibility, confidence, teamwork, and the joy of expressing themselves.
RDPADE gives students a safe and inspiring place to learn, create, perform, and grow.
Mr. Rudolph Davis, professionally known as Teacher Rudy, is the Founder and Managing Director of the RDPADE Afterschool Program. With nearly thirty years of experience, he has dedicated his career to empowering young people through dance, cultural education, and the performing arts throughout the Caribbean.
Mr. Davis received formal dance training at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in Kingston, Jamaica, one of the Caribbean's leading performing arts institutions. There he refined his technical and artistic skills while studying a wide range of dance styles and performing extensively with professional dance companies.
Today, Teacher Rudy combines Afro-Caribbean dance techniques, Jamaican traditional folk dance, Afro-modern fusion, creative movement, and introductory classical ballet to provide students with a unique learning experience. His mission is to build confident, disciplined, and culturally aware young leaders while preserving and celebrating Caribbean heritage through the performing arts.
RDPADE is committed to building confident, creative, and culturally grounded students through African and Caribbean performing arts education.
RDPADE (RDPADE) is committed to providing high-quality African and Caribbean dance instruction while preserving the rich cultural heritage of our region through education, creativity, and artistic excellence.
We provide a safe, nurturing, and non-competitive environment where children develop confidence, discipline, leadership, teamwork, and technical skills through dance, drama, music, cultural education, and creative expression.
As both a dance school and performing arts after-school program, we support the whole child by combining homework assistance with engaging arts-based activities that encourage academic, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth.
We'd love to hear from you! Whether you're interested in enrolling your child, learning more about our programs, or simply have a question, our team is here to help. Send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
